The key fields of play involve Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, each addressing specific areas of risk management and strategic decision-making for clients in the financial sector. In this role, as a key member of a growing business consulting practice focused on Financial Services, you will be responsible for executing internal audit and risk advisory engagements for asset managers and insurance companies. Your tasks will include conducting end-to-end internal audits, understanding investment processes, ensuring compliance with audit methodologies and requirements, delivering high-quality engagements, and providing valuable recommendations for process improvements. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to lead teams, strong relationship management skills, proficiency in MS Office tools and data analytics, and a proactive approach to client service and business development. Furthermore, you should be self-motivated, adaptable to changing requirements, willing to collaborate across teams and time zones, and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and innovative solutions. To qualify for this role, you should ideally hold a CA/MBA qualification with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
