Manager - Retail Sales

As an experienced sales professional, you have the exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing E-Surveillance company in India as a Manager Sales (Retail). Reporting to the AVP of Retail Sales, your primary mandate will be to develop and penetrate new small and medium retail segments to achieve the company's aggressive targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver the company's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets. - Develop strategic plans for penetration into Retail Segments. - Create plans to meet or exceed the company's revenue target. - Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior customers while identifying new opportunities. - Gather and understand client needs thoroughly to provide accurate and timely requirements to the solutions development team. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree with an MBA preferred. - 3-4+ years of successful technology solution selling experience to Small & Medium Retailers. - Knowledge of the Retail Industry and extensive understanding of the purchase process. - Experience in selling technology products, Software as a Service (SaaS), or outsourced services. - Previous experience in selling CCTV or other surveillance systems would be advantageous. **Additional Details:** - You should possess exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build connections with individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Demonstrated exceptional closing skills and outstanding presentation abilities. - Effective decision-making skills, superior communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent organization and time management skills to meet deadlines. - Willingness to travel approximately 10-12 days a month across India. - Previous sales revenue experience with an annual sale in excess of 10 Crores. - Fluency in English and Hindi. - Personal attributes include being outgoing, friendly, smart in appearance with excellent grooming, and dressing.
