Manager - Retail Sales

As an experienced sales professional, you have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing E-Surveillance company in India. Reporting to the AVP of Retail Sales, your primary mandate will be to develop and penetrate new small and medium retail segments to achieve the company's aggressive targets. ### Responsibilities: - Deliver the company's MRR Targets. - Develop plans for penetration into Retail Segments. - Create strategies to meet or exceed the company's revenue targets. - Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior customers, identifying new opportunities. - Gather and understand client needs effectively, delivering accurate requirements to the solutions development team. ### Business Skills: - Exceptional relationship management skills. - Demonstrated exceptional closing skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Effective decision-making ability. - Sound knowledge of problem-solving techniques. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Willingness to travel approximately 10-12 days a month across India. ### Sales Revenue Experience: - Proven track record of selling products and services with annual sales exceeding 10 Crores. - Experience in selling SaaS products and services with MRR is a plus. ### Experience: - 3-4+ years of successful technology solution selling to Small & Medium Retailers. - Knowledge of the Retail Industry. - Extensive understanding of the purchase process. - Experience in selling technology products, SaaS, or outsourced services is advantageous. - Previous experience in selling CCTV or other surveillance systems is beneficial. ### Personal Attributes: - Outgoing extrovert personality. - Friendly and easy to work with. - Smart in appearance with excellent grooming and dressing. ### Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
