Role: Manager, Resource Management The role of a Resource Manager involves providing support to oversee and manage the organization's workforce, assisting in seamless project deliveries. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement resource management strategies and processes to optimize resource allocation, utilization, and availability. - Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects. - Evaluate project timelines, budgets, and resource constraints to ensure efficient resource allocation. - Maintain an overview of available resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring suitability for projects. - Monitor resource utilization, identify bottlenecks or conflicts, and make necessary adjustments. - Coordinate with human resources, procurement, and relevant departments to ensure timely availability of resources. - Conduct resource capacity planning to manage demands based on project priorities. - Track and report on resource utilization, analyze data, and provide optimization suggestions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts, negotiate resource sharing, and balance priorities. - Implement and maintain resource management tools, systems, and processes for enhanced visibility and efficiency. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in resource management. Skills And Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or related field. - 6-8 years of experience in manpower planning, forecasting, resource allocations, and staffing. - Ability to analyze resource-related costs and budgets. - Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Team player with problem-solving, creative thinking, and time management skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects. - Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges. - Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with diverse stakeholders. - Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes. - Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with resource management software or ERP systems is a plus.,
