As a Manager - Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing recruitment for both IT and BPS sectors. Your role will involve excelling in client and stakeholder management, leading a team of 6-8 recruiters, and expertise in hiring across various levels. Additionally, successfully onboarding 80-100 FTEs on a monthly basis will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
