Manager Quality

1. Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures standards and specifications- CRQS

2. Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met

3. Setting customer service standards like CCP, QCP & DCP

4. Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with PFD.

5. Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems

6. Writing management and technical reports and customers

7. Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information data to production.

8. Writing reports and maintain the Audit records-BRC, HH, Enzyme, CAD & Micro & Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.

9. Investigate Depot, RS, Consumer & Warehouse customer complaints and non-conformance issues-RCA/CAPA to be made along with production team.

10. Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output

11. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

12. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.

13. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.

14. Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.

15. Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.

16. Report all malfunctions to Production Manager/GSO to ensure immediate action

17. Review current standards and policies.

18. Maintaining adherence to quality standards set by the HUL.

19. Understanding the legal, Health and safety Standard of a business and ensuring their implementation

20. Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made.

21. Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
