Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

QMS implementation
Prepare and implement SOPs with respect to QMS/QSP/department and review periodically along with department HODs and Lab Director
GLP implementation
Coordinate with the doctors regarding methodologies, SOP creation, etc...
Ensure zero nonconformity with respect to ISO 15189:2022 guidelines in the assigned labs
Monitor quality programme (IQC, EQAS), RCA and CAPA for deviations
Monitor the status of quality indicators
Act as internal auditor, guide the team regarding nonconformities by visiting the other assigned labs
Being the representative of the company, the incumbent should liaise with NABL body and assessors accordingly
Train the technical team with respect to quality assurance as per the training calendar
Attend and resolve the queries from the clients with respect to quality issues

Preferred candidate profile

A thorough knowledge and hands on experience in ISO 15189:2022 documentation is mandatory
Candidates who faced at least 3 NABL assessments in medical diagnostics labs are preferred
Candidates with good negotiation skills are preferred
Candidates willing to travel across the locations are preferred
