Manager-Proposal & Estimation

• Lead and manage the entire proposal and estimation process for turnkey packages.
• Review tender documents, specifications, and scope of work from EPC consultants/contractors such as Bechtel, Technip, Toyo, Thyssenkrupp, Worley, L&T, Tata Projects, etc.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers in line with client requirements and project standards.
• Develop cost estimates for mechanical equipment, piping, structural steel, site works, and third-party bought-out items.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project management teams to gather input for accurate costing.
• Interact with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and evaluate technical compliance.
• Conduct risk assessment and provide inputs on pricing strategy to management.
• Prepare bid clarifications, technical deviations, and coordinate with clients/consultants during bid evaluation.
• Support negotiation and handover of successful bids to the execution team.
• Maintain updated cost databases and estimation tools for continuous improvement in accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
