Process Manager

• Perform process simulation of distillation column, scrubber column, Liq-Liq Extraction column along with its associated static and rotary equipment using Aspen Plus.
• Perform thermal calculation for heat exchangers in software like HTRI and Aspen EDR.
• Develop process datasheets for equipment like distillation column, scrubber column, Liq-Liq Extraction column along with its associated static and rotary equipment.
• Prepare P&ID for Distillation system, Scrubbing system and Liquid Liquid Extraction system.
• Recommend typical instruments required for the above indicated systems and preparation of Cause-and-effect diagrams.
• Suggest appropriate control philosophy required for the above indicated systems.
• Defines the bid cost structure, with the support of the Offshore Estimator;

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
