Job Description

Perform process simulation of distillation column, scrubber column, Liq-Liq Extraction column along with its associated static and rotary equipment using Aspen Plus. Perform thermal calculation for heat exchangers in software like HTRI and Aspen EDR. Develop process datasheets for equipment like distillation column, scrubber column, Liq-Liq Extraction column along with its associated static and rotary equipment. Prepare P&ID for Distillation system, Scrubbing system and Liquid Liquid Extraction system. Recommend typical instruments required for the above indicated systems and preparation of Cause-and-effect diagrams. Suggest appropriate control philosophy required for the above indicated systems.
