v Handling the overall production related activities like manpower management, production planning, dispatch planning and material management. v Handle the overall production & Quality related activities v The Responsibilities includes overall quality check of FRP tanks, Scrubbers, Blowers, fittings etc., as v well as to check the blower performance, overall orientation of nozzles , stiffener , Lugs & all fitments in FRP tanks and other vessels. v Check the incoming raw materials lot as per technical specification. v Also supervise the Quality Assurance plan for Tank, Scrubber Column, Blower & Fittings. v Carry out Destructive tests on production coupon, Spark testing of thermoplastic lined tanks and other fittings and acetone test & Barcol hardness of final products. v Handle third party inspection of finished product. v Involve in R&D work for process improvement with respect to quality and productivity. v Maintain and adhere to requirements of ISO 9001:2015 documentation. v Online checking of all parts in various defined inspection stages. v Testing troubleshooting of all the supplied equipment and dry run test.
