Manager Procurement

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Operations

• Raise and approve Purchase Orders (POs) via ERP system.
• Manage procurement for Capex items – kitchen equipment, vessels, branding, medical, etc.
• Float RFQs, evaluate vendor quotes, and prepare comparative statements.
• Ensure timely procurement and follow-up on delivery and payments.

Inventory & Indent Management

• Track and manage non-moving stock using ERP and physical inventory checks.
• Consolidate Monthly Indents (MI) and update procurement records.

Vendor & Documentation Management

• Source and onboard vendors; maintain compliance documents and rate cards.
• Conduct vendor meetings and visits to ensure alignment with standards.
• Address procurement queries raised via internal ticketing systems.

Logistics & Transportation

• Verify transport vendors (food & staff movement) – documentation, agreements, rates.
• Monitor adherence to agreed service standards.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure food safety-related procurement actions are closed as per audit findings.
• Validate documents for vendors handling pest control, garbage, scrap, waste oil.
• Generate and share monthly site-wise ratings and procurement MIS reports.

Finance Coordination

• Work closely with Finance and Sales teams on cash flow and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor payment ageing and follow up on vendor settlements.
