Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Projects (Operations) to lead and manage our project cargo operations, including bulk, breakbulk, and OOG (Out-of-Gauge) cargo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations within the freight forwarding or logistics industry and a proven track record of delivering complex projects efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end operations for project cargo, bulk, breakbulk, and OOG shipments.

· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

· Develop and implement strategies to optimize project operations and maximize profitability.

· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs.

· Lead and mentor a team of operations and sales professionals to achieve operational excellence.

· Identify business development opportunities in the project cargo segment and contribute to sales growth.

· Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management on project performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales and operations, specifically in projects, bulk, breakbulk, and OOG cargo.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping lines, and cargo handling procedures.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
