Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Consultant (T) with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Manager - Projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire including BillingCenter ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter and a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and domain knowledge to drive project success and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and customization of Guidewire applications including BillingCenter ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.

Oversee project timelines ensuring that all milestones are met within the stipulated time frame.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team ensuring the effective use of Guidewire technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain project documentation including design specifications test plans and user manuals.

Ensure the integration of Guidewire applications with existing systems utilizing J2EE Web Services and Gosu where applicable.

Conduct regular project reviews identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.

Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.

Monitor and report on project progress providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Property & Casualty Insurance.

Provide post-implementation support addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background in Guidewire applications including BillingCenter ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.

Demonstrate experience in Property & Casualty Insurance with a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.

Have proficiency in J2EE Web Services and Gosu with the ability to integrate these technologies into Guidewire solutions.

Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
