Manager - Projects

You will be working as a Project Manager at Arkade Developers Pvt. Ltd., reporting directly to the Director. Your role involves ensuring the availability of the best equipment and manpower required for project completion, maintaining detailed records of construction site activities, analyzing DPR & WPR regularly, and efficiently managing the procurement of quality materials. Key Responsibilities: - Provide schedules to vendors/contractors and follow up on the same - Organize equipment and manpower needed for project completion - Collect, evaluate, and maintain detailed records of construction site activities - Supervise transportation and general construction activities - Record site observations and analyze DPR/WPR - Supervise contractors and manage invoices - Manage procurement of materials and labor necessary for project completion - Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure deliverables as per the plan - Ability to increase worker efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications Required: - Diploma/ Degree/ B.E. in Civil Engineering - 10 to 12 years of work experience in the construction industry About Arkade: Arkade, under the leadership of Mr. Amit Jain, focuses on creating outstanding residential and commercial spaces that add value to people's lives in a contemporary manner.
