Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Facility Executives/Engineers at Arkade Developers Ltd., located in the Western Suburbs. The role will involve managing facilities operations, handling building management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and addressing any facility-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)

Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Building Management

Effective Communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
