Detailed JD:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security projects (e.g., Juniper WAN, LAN, MIST, SRX, Aruba LAN, Cisco LAN, Cisco ISE)

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Technical Leadership:

Guide and mentor technical teams (network engineers, security analysts, architects).

Review and validate technical designs, implementation plans, and change requests.

Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and security policies.

Customer Engagement:

Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal teams.

Conduct regular status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.

Manage customer expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, operations, support) to align project goals.

Escalate issues proactively and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation including SoWs, runbooks, and post-implementation reports.

Provide regular updates to leadership and customers on project health and KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing/switching).

Project Management:

8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.

Experience with tools like MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or equivalent.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications such as Juniper JUNOS, MIST, or equivalent are a plus.
