As a GA Head at Adani Total Gas Limited, your role involves leading the management and strategic development for the geographical areas" gas distribution infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations, maintaining high service delivery standards, and driving growth in the gas utility sector. Your key responsibilities include: - Supervising the construction and maintenance of high-pressure grids, city gas stations, and Geographical Area (GA) distribution networks. - Managing quality control processes such as the use of electrofusion and welding for pipe connections. - Overseeing the installation and operation of gas chromatographs for quality control. - Leading project teams to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget. - Managing pressure reduction, filtration, safety protocols, and odorization processes to ensure compliance with safety standards. - Conducting functional tests of pipelines and isolation valves to maintain system integrity. - Analyzing market trends and infrastructure costs to inform strategic decisions. - Collaborating with the finance department for billing and recovery processes. - Negotiating contracts with suppliers and coordinating with transporters for effective gas distribution. - Engaging with customers to understand their needs and expand market reach. - Overseeing the implementation of digital metering solutions and automation for operational efficiency. - Developing and mentoring staff to build a strong leadership pipeline. As a qualified candidate, you should have a Bachelor's in Engineering/B.Tech. with a preference for a Master's in Business Administration and at least 7+ years of experience in gas distribution, oil and energy, utilities, or related sectors focusing on physical and corporate security management.,
