Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily chemical production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Implement and monitor SOPs, process controls, and productivity KPIs.
Optimize raw material usage and minimize process waste.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain for seamless operations.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, pollution control).

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc in Chemical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of batch/continuous processes, DCS/SCADA systems, and compliance frameworks.
