- Create Master Production Schedule
- Inventory Management - Maintain Raw Material Planning, Minimum Inventory Level, Indent, Raw Material consumption for production, Wastage- Validate Capacity Load- Lead the production planning on a daily basis- Review and monitor the production team- Job / Machine Allocation- Ensure actual production is same as daily targeted plan- Allocate resources such as raw materials and manpower- Follow up on order plan shared- Recruit floor staff and other supervisors- Take full responsibility of the plant production from start to end every day- Run the plant in efficient manner and send management reports on daily basis- Monitor and control cost as per BOM- Plan capacity utilization and optimize the working of the plant- Packaging and Dispatch- Reporting / MIS.
