Job description: Qualifications required: Qualified Chartered Accountant 4 years of Post-qualificaiton Experience Articleship from Large/Mid-sized Audit firms Hands on experience in SAP, MS-Office tools is a must. Experience in Multi-national, Manufacturing environment, preferably Building Materials, is preferred. Must have good business aptitude, passion for internal audit & aspiring to scale up in internal audit, compliance and risk management. Good analytical & communication skills, along with report writing and presentation capabilities. Aptitude to stay for longer term and build a career in industry Responsibilities: The candidate will be part of Internal Audit team, reporting to Head of Internal Audit and will be responsible for executing the Internal audit assignments assigned to him as part of the overall audit plan independently. The role covers entire Vicat in India group companies, including 2 cement companies and other subsidiaries. The candidate is expected to travel on demand, extensively within the country (South India). (Historically, travel amounts to 20-30% of time, however, as per need, may need to travel beyond that for extended periods of time) The candidates are expected to initiate the audits, organize, plan, execute and conclude, determine the timing and extent of audit procedures to be performed and execute the same independently. Audit Report writing is integral part of the profile and the candidates are expected to have good presentation skills. Analytical approach with 360 degree understanding of the issues on hand and putting forth the audit points to right person at right time and resolving the open issues, is key to the profile.

Manager - Production kadapa 15 - 16 years INR 15.0 - 20.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities To lead and manage the entire production operations of the cement plant, ensuring achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of resources while maintaining safety, quality, cost-effectiveness and compliance with statutory and environmental norms. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Execution Plan, organize, and monitor clinker and cement production to achieve targeted volumes. Ensure smooth plant operations by coordinating with process, maintenance, quality, and other functions. Optimize process parameters for maximum output and energy efficiency. Utilize SAP PP (Production Planning) module for production scheduling and monitoring. Process & Quality Control Monitor raw mix design, kiln operations, and cement quality parameters. Coordinate with Quality Control Department to ensure product meets BIS/IS standards. Analyze process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Cost & Efficiency Management Drive initiatives for energy conservation, fuel mix optimization, and cost reduction. Monitor and control specific power & heat consumption. Implement measures for reducing downtime and improving plant availability. Track and analyze production costs using SAP MM/CO for cost control. Safety & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements. Promote a strong safety culture among the workforce. Ensure compliance with environmental norms (emissions, waste management, etc.). Team Leadership & Development Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve departmental goals. Plan manpower deployment and skill development initiatives. Foster cross-functional coordination with maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams. Ensure accurate shift reporting and manpower deployment through SAP HCM/PM. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily/weekly/monthly production reports and KPIs. Present performance reviews to senior management. Ensure proper documentation for audits and certifications (ISO, Energy audits, etc.) using SAP systems. Key Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in cement production processes (kiln, mills, pyro & grinding units). Hands-on experience with SAP modules PP (Production Planning), MM (Material Management), PM (Plant Maintenance). Knowledge of advanced process control systems (DCS/PLC-based). Leadership and team management skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Focus on safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
