Job Description

As a multi-disciplinary B2B Product Designer & Manager for Worx Squad, your role will involve blending UX strategy, product ownership, and go-to-market execution. You will collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to bring the vision of Worx Squad from concept to widespread adoption. Key Responsibilities: - **Strategy & Ideation** - Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Worx Squad - Conduct customer research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing - Create product flows, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes - **Product Design & Development** - Lead UI/UX design following B2B SaaS standards - Define and document features, use cases, and user stories - Collaborate with developers to ensure design-to-dev fidelity and sprint velocity - **Product Marketing & GTM** - Define positioning, messaging, and pricing in collaboration with the marketing team - Support in product demos for internal stakeholders and potential customers - Track user adoption, usage analytics, and feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product design or product management - Demonstrated ability to launch a product from inception to scale - Proficiency in Figma, Jira, Miro, and prototyping tools - Strong creativity, bias for action, and a user-first mindset - Bonus: Experience in project/resource management platforms or professional services tech This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the product design and management efforts for Worx Squad, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, design skills, and marketing acumen to drive the product's success in the market.,
