As a Manager, Procurement at Sirva, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities globally, managing sourcing, vendor relationships, and procurement processes for both IT and non-IT categories. Your role will involve negotiating contracts, conducting vendor due diligence, and optimizing procurement strategies to drive cost efficiencies and commercial effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Manage procurement activities for IT and non-IT categories on a global scale - Act as the category owner for IT and non-IT purchases, focusing on cost efficiencies - Negotiate global contracts to achieve cost savings and enhance commercial effectiveness - Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including quarterly reviews - Oversee RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes utilizing Zycus and ERP systems - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and conduct vendor due diligence - Manage strategic partnerships for travel, corporate cards, and hotel accommodations - Supervise procurement reporting, spend analysis, and process improvement initiatives In addition to procurement responsibilities, you will also lead procurement-related projects, improve procurement efficiency, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
