Job Description

Key Responsibilities Source to Contract Manage the Source to Contract lifecycle for all IT Products, Software and Services for especially India, US & UK. This includes sourcing for the right suppliers through an RFX process where required, negotiating the best terms for Aptia and contractual terms and conditions. Vendor Management Manage relationships with identified key suppliers, be the SPOC for all discussions with the vendor. Contract Management - Ensure the contract terms are executed appropriately, monitor performance against agreed SLAs , identify further opportunities for efficiency. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for IT procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting organizational needs. Compliance: Ensure that IT procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies. Cost Reduction: Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs, optimize procurement processes, and find more cost-effective solutions. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and pricing to make informed procurement decisions. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with IT procurement, including issues related to product quality, supply chain disruptions, and security. Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to understand their technology needs and align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Technology Evaluation: Work with the IT organisation to assess and recommend new technologies, products, and services to meet the organization's IT requirements. Reporting: Generate reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings to inform stake holders Project Management: Manage IT procurement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Ethical and Sustainable Sourcing: Promote ethical and sustainable sourcing practices, including environmentally friendly procurement options Experience & Qualification Graduate/ Postgraduate with over 10+ years of experience in Global IT Sourcing especially IT software & services in a large scale organization Educational Degree in an industry recognized certification, such as the CPM, CPSM certification in Procurement will be desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent stakeholder management skills Excellent negotiation skills Good Vendor Management exposure Demonstrated ability to work with different geographies and cultures.
