Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
  • Design and deliver discipline-specific professional and process/tool knowledge training.
  • Provide non-technical training on general workplace standards, processes, and tools.
  • Lead a team of specialists, including coaching, mentoring, and training others.
  • Ensure the implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • A B.Tech/B.E. degree is required.
