Manager - Predictive Maintenance

Job Highlights

• Manage system-generated alerts and cases by performing detailed analysis, root cause identification, and driving timely resolution to enhance asset reliability.
• Develop, customize, and continuously refine predictive analytics models for critical equipment to enable accurate and effective health monitoring across global plants.
• Configure and maintain application settings, including PI tags, PI calculations, and related dashboards to ensure seamless data acquisition, visualization, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather equipment and process knowledge for enhancing model accuracy and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating model outcomes, updating monitoring strategies, and integrating feedback.
• Prepare reports and maintain technical documentation covering model performance, alerts, cases, and application configurations.

Requirements

• Btech / Master's degree in engineering (process and/or mechanical) 
• Work Experience : 10 - 15 years
• Special Skills:
  • Fluent english,
  • Familiar with AVEVA Predictive Analytics and experienced in PI environment as well as relevant interfaces
  • Know how regarding process industry assets (rotating & static equipment) 
  • Open minded and independent way of working with hands-on mentality
