Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager-Pre-Sales Cyber Security located in Noida. The role involves daily tasks such as developing and presenting cyber security solutions to customers, managing pre-sales activities, working closely with the sales and technical teams, and providing customer support and recommendations. The Manager will also oversee business planning and sales operations to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Solution Design & Proposal Development

  • Map customer requirements to Dievas offerings and partner technologies.
  • Design high-level architecture (SOC, SIEM, SOAR, OT Security, DLP, Cloud Security, IAM, etc.).
  • Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, BoMs, and cost estimations.
  • Ensure proposals align with DPDPA, CERT-In, SEBI, RBI, UIDAI, and sectoral guidelines.
  • Presentations & Demonstrations

  • Deliver impactful product/solution demos, PoCs, and presentations to CXOs, IT heads, and CISOs.
  • Represent Dievas in RFP/RFI/RFQ clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and technical negotiations.
  • Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with delivery and SOC teams to validate solution feasibility.
  • Support marketing with technical content for proposals, whitepapers, and events.
  • Provide inputs for new solution development and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Tender & Proposal Support

  • Lead the preparation of responses to Government/PSU/Enterprise RFPs.
  • Ensure compliance with QCBS/LCS tender requirements, technical scoring criteria, and bid submissions
  • 5–10 years of Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant experience in

    Cybersecurity, Networking, or IT Services

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    SOC technologies

    (SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, Threat Intel, NDR, EDR, MDR).
  • Familiarity with

    cloud security (ZTNA, SASE), data protection (HSM, DLP, Vault), and OT/ICS security

    .
  • Experience in

    RFP/RFI responses, BoM creation, and compliance-based tenders

    (Govt./PSU/BFSI).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of OEM solutions (Seceon, CloudSEK, Netskope, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, etc.) is a plus.
  • Certifications preferred: CISSP / CISM / CISA / ISO 27001 LA / CCSP / CEH.
