Manager Post Sales

Role & responsibilities :

• From a Real Estate background only

• ERP: Responsible for entering the Application Details & Booking of the Customers, Payment Receipt & raising Tax Invoice.

• Documentation: Updating Individual Customers File. Responsible for reconciliation with the Accounts department, maintaining and updating the Individual Project Google Sheet / Excel

• CRM: Maintaining & replying to the queries as raised by the customers through Email or telephonic conversation.

• Roadshows / Fairs / Events participation and management.

• One point of contact between the customer and the Project.

• Sending Sales Agreement to the customer for signature and follow up for the same.

• Send a query of Registration to the customer

• Organize the registration for the customer with the help of the commercial manager

• Liaison with all departments to resolve any queries of the customers

• Sending the Project progress status and forwarding the same to the Customers

• Actively resolving customer queries

• Regular Payment collection and follow-up with the customers.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Previous experience in real estate sales is a must. Managing the sales and marketing team, developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and analyzing market trends. Daily tasks include overseeing sales activities, setting performance goals, coaching team members, and ensuring that the sales targets are met. The role will also involve close coordination with other departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
