No KRA Measures Weightage 1 Permissions and Consulting Requirements Worflow of Permissions and Regulatory Requirements 25% Collection of Technical Information required for the Submissions Weekly Reports of Permissions and CtrlS Pending Items 2 Inspections and Certifications List of Required Inspections and Certifications Needed while Design Team Sends the PRF to Procurement 40% Factory Inspections Inspection Certifications and Calls 3 Manufacturing Clearance/Pre bid Queries Arrange meetings with vendors for timely resolution and finalisation of the vendor documents relating to Manufacutring Clearances.
Vendor Documents as per the project Schedule 25% 4 Manager Inputs and Site Team Feedback Feedback /comments received from Site Team on the Execution related to Inspection/Permissions 10%
