Job Summary: The Manager - Picking & Export is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire picking and export process from start to finish. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, compliance with export regulations, and smooth coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Analyze picking and export performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency. • Manage and train the picking and export team to maintain high productivity and accuracy. • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and export documentation. • Handle any discrepancies or issues related to shipments, returns, or damaged goods. • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
