Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Store Operations

Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Oversee cash handling, billing, and store opening/closing procedures.

2. Sales & Customer Service

Drive sales targets and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Monitor KPIs such as footfall, conversion rate, AOV (Average Order Value), etc.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns.
Analyze sales trends and recommend improvements.

3. Team Management

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity.

4. Inventory & Loss Prevention

Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team.
Monitor shrinkage, prevent theft, and implement loss-prevention measures.
Ensure timely replenishment of high-demand items.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Maintain records related to attendance, payroll inputs, and vendor coordination.
Track store expenses and ensure cost control.
