We are looking for a qualified Production Planner to organize production according to demand and quality standards Role & responsibilities Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations Schedule shifts according to production needs Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.). Prepare and submit status and performance reports Keep paperwork organized Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as production planner Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning) Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP) Good at math and statistics Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Female engineering graduates only can apply
Designation: Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) We are looking for a hard-working trainee to assist in the manufacturing process. To be successful you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. Responsibilities: Following health and safety standards. Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor. Assembling products and parts. Following production guidelines and specifications. Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment. Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products. Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as needed. Inspecting and testing products for quality assurance. Maintaining accurate production records Communicating the line status to the next shift trainee Follow and achieve the daily production plan. Requirement: Engineering / Diploma in Engineering- (except Civil Engineering department) Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial. Experience operating manufacturing machinery is beneficial. Physical dexterity. Available for shift work.
