Regional Operations Manager

• Branch Management: Oversee daily operations of mulitple branches, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes and adherence to company standards.
• Team Supervision: Lead and manage branch staff, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling to optimize productivity.
• Operational Efficiency: Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and review branch performance reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage branch budgets effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates from FTL Logistics background is preferred with atleast 10yrs of experience handling multiple branch operations.
