Manager- Partnerships & Growth

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage our ONDC relationships a growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to program/account management in travel, e-commerce, or the creator economy, with hands-on experience in driving tech-led integrations, ecosystem partnerships, and business growth. This role requires a mix of stakeholder management, project execution, and business development skills to drive outcomes in the ONDC ecosystem, starting with travel and experiences.

Role& Responsibilities:

ONDC Relationship & Partnerships

• Act as the primary relationship owner for ONDC, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships across the ONDC ecosystem.

Project / Program Management

• Drive end-to-end execution of ONDC integration projects (buyer/seller apps, APIs, catalogue, payments, product features) with partner tech teams.
• Work closely with product and tech teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure operational readiness.

Business Development & Growth

• Take ownership of revenue and growth outcomes for assigned ONDC initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities within the ONDC ecosystem to grow, starting with travel and experiences.
• Support go-to-market initiatives, marketing campaigns, and ecosystem visibility.
• Drive partner success by ensuring business outcomes and revenue growth.

Desired Skills:

• 812 years of experience in account management or program management within travel e-commercee, or creator economy domains.
• Strong exposure to product & technology workflows; ability to understand API integrations.
• Flair for business development and marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior ONDC exposure/experience is a strong plus.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus
