Job Role Head of OT solutions and digital transformation lead: OT head will lead the digital transformation for the Teal setup and drive the digitization initiative across facilities. He /She will deploy out of the box Industry 4.0 capabilities and foster in smart factory and smart operations in the facilities. He /She will lead the sustenance and security posture of the OT setup. Key Responsibilities Lead MES and Industry 4.0 solutions architecture, template along withrollout/deployment. Manage the Digital Operations & Smart Operations deployment in Teal sites based on the annual site roadmap. Lead Smart Operation internal projects spearheading the Site Digital ambition with digital talents & Site management Committee. Accountable of the Business Case management of the site linked to the Smart Solutions Catalogue of the Site. Be accountable for OT Cybersecurity in the manufacturing plant, managing activities to enhance cyber resilience, protect the OT network, and sustain Cybersecurity Performance of the site, including local OT infrastructures, applications, and shopfloor population. What will you do Identify and create a detailed strategy on Digitalization with industry best practices and solutions on IOT AR VR MR and solutions complimenting existing setup with minimum disruption. Rectify the potential deficiencies and ensure a full compliancy with Security Policies including new means coming from existing landscape. Own the inventory of all OT assets and ensure data accuracy. Monitor potential cyber threats and mitigate them with remote support from the Connected Services Hub. Promote and manage the deployment of the Digital Solutions to ensure process robustness, efficiency, and productivity Implement the Smart Solutions in collaboration with their referrants and Digital team. Secure Key User nomination & Coordinate and animate key user network in factory. Increase awareness and digital acumen level of site population Network continuously with Digital folks and communities being part of one or several communities to share and replicate the best practices Promote and challenge data analytic / process automation with digital communities. Measure Smart/DQAI/Process standards and Digital Maturity. Manage different activities, including new projects, in order to protect their OT network from cyber threats and sustain the Cybersecurity Performance of their site. Participate to monthly calls with the Community and other webinars to understand current and future projects related to Cybersecurity in Teal sites. Work Experience Required qualifications: Engineering background Experience on IoT Experience on MES. Communication and relationship capabilities with particular focus to cross cultural relationships Team oriented approach Fluent written and spoken collaboration with factory teams.
