Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Business & Operations Management

o Oversee all operational activities within the zone, ensuring effective project

execution and adherence to company standards.

o Drive revenue growth and margin improvement through operational

efficiencies and cost optimization.

o Ensure smooth procurement, movement, and quality control of materials

across projects.

• Financial Oversight

o Monitor zone-level cash flows, accounts receivable, and billing processes to

maintain healthy financial performance.

o Implement strategies to improve financial metrics and support overall

organizational profitability.

• Community & Stakeholder Engagement

o Build and maintain strong relationships with local bodies, institutions, and

community stakeholders to support project success and long-term retention.

o Lead initiatives that enhance community cooperation and involvement.

• Team Leadership & Capability Building

o Guide and mentor teams across clusters, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.

o Identify skill gaps and coordinate targeted training programs to strengthen

team capabilities.

o Ensure effective secondary leadership is developed within each cluster.

• Branding & Visibility

o Strengthen the organization’s brand presence in the zone through impactful

visibility initiatives and community campaigns.

o Support and expand IEC (Information, Education & Communication) activities

to reinforce organizational impact.

• Data Management & Reporting

o Ensure timely collection and submission of all operational and financial data.

o Prepare and present monthly action plans and performance reports to senior

management, highlighting achievements and areas of improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
