HR Intern

We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our People team with daily administrative and HR‑related tasks. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations—all in a supportive and fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment:
• Post job openings on boards and portals
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews 
• Coordinate candidate communication and follow-ups
• Support onboarding & HR operations:
• Prepare onboarding documents and orientation
• Coordinate employee orientation sessions
• Maintain and update HR databases and records 
• Drive employee engagement initiatives:
• Assist with planning and executing engagement events
• Gather participation feedback and help evaluate outcomes

Key Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA in Human Resources
• Strong communication skills and organized attention to detail
