Job Title: Manager Operations – Training & Business Location: CADCENTER Indian Education Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Ernakulam Corporate Office 3rd Floor, Srinivas Chambers Near Kavitha Theatre MG Road, Cochin Ernakulam, Kerala - 682035 Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in educational training/operations/business development Job Summary: CADCENTER IEE, Kerala’s pioneer in CAD & technology training, is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Center Manager to lead its Corporate Office Ernakulam . This role demands the management of both internal operations and external business development initiatives to ensure overall growth and smooth functioning of the center. Key Responsibilities:In-House Operations: Oversee daily center operations including faculty coordination, student services, and administration. Monitor training quality, student satisfaction, and course delivery timelines. Maintain discipline, adherence to SOPs, and operational efficiency. Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and data management (admissions, fees, attendance, etc.). Manage center infrastructure, inventory, and system support. Business Development & Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions and market reach. Build partnerships with colleges, institutions, and corporates for training programs. Represent CADCENTER in seminars, job fairs, and career counseling events. Handle lead generation, conversion tracking, and promotional activities. Achieve sales and revenue targets as per business goals. Requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in education, training, franchise, or service-based industry preferred. Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus). Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate Engineering, Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Management , Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a leadership or managerial role. Fresher with strong interpersonal skills may also be considered under a different set of terms.
