Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for requirements elicitation and analysis, solution design and development with a focus on Mendix platform, workflow expertise, collaboration and communication with stakeholders, testing and quality assurance, documentation and training, contributing to the Center of Excellence (CoE), and project management and change management in automation and tech implementation domain. Key Responsibilities: - Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders from various business units. - Analyze and document complex business processes and workflows. - Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria. - Design and prototype workflow solutions within the Mendix platform. - Collaborate with Mendix developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of solutions. - Apply deep understanding of workflow concepts and optimize existing Mendix workflows. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Mendix workflow solutions. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Mendix applications and workflows. - Participate in the definition and implementation of the Mendix CoE strategy and contribute to the development of reusable Mendix components. - Manage projects and engagements in the automation and tech implementation domain. Qualifications Required: - Mendix Workflow Solution Expert / Intermediate Certification. - Relevant experience in Mendix workflow solution deployment. - Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Configurator, and Project Manager in automation projects. - Knowledge of Real Estate Industry operations and experience with DevOps practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, or VBA is a significant advantage. - Exposure to business and data analytics is a plus.,
