As a Business Analyst with expertise in Mendix workflow solutions, your primary responsibilities will involve leading requirements elicitation and analysis sessions with stakeholders from various business units. You will be expected to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows, translating business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria. Additionally, you will identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements to ensure comprehensive solution design. Your focus will be on solution design and development within the Mendix platform, utilizing its low-code capabilities to design and prototype workflow solutions. Collaboration with Mendix developers will be crucial to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of solutions, as well as configuring and customizing Mendix workflows to meet specific business needs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation for Mendix applications. In terms of workflow expertise, you are expected to apply a deep understanding of workflow concepts such as process automation, rules engines, and human task management. Your role will involve optimizing existing Mendix workflows for performance and efficiency, staying updated on the latest Mendix features, and mentoring junior business analysts on Mendix workflow design and implementation. Effective collaboration and communication are essential aspects of this role, as you will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. You will need to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitate workshops and presentations, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Testing and quality assurance will also be part of your responsibilities, including developing and executing test plans and test cases, participating in user acceptance testing, and identifying and documenting defects for resolution. Documentation and training will involve creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for Mendix applications and workflows, as well as delivering training materials to end-users. Your contribution to the Center of Excellence (CoE) will involve participating in the definition and implementation of the Mendix CoE strategy, standards, and best practices. You will also contribute to the development of reusable Mendix components and templates, assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base, and support governance and quality assurance processes within the Mendix CoE. Project management and change management skills will be required for managing projects and engagements in the automation and tech implementation domain, as well as overseeing change management processes within these projects. To apply for this role, you are expected to possess a Mendix Workflow Solution Expert/Intermediate Certification, relevant experience in Mendix workflow solution deployment, a bachelor's degree in a technical field, and at least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Configurator, and Project Manager in automation projects. Bonus points will be awarded for knowledge of the Real Estate Industry operations and experience with DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, the capacity to work independently on multiple projects, a creative approach to achieving results, and a passion for driving change and continuous improvement. Certifications in CBAP, Business Analytics, Product Owner, or Project Management are considered advantageous, along with technical skills in the Mendix low-code platform and intelligent automation tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or VBA, and exposure to data and business analytics, will be beneficial for this role.,
