As a Manager-Operations-Signage & Printing at the large-format printing, signage, and display systems business in Bengaluru South, your role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the signage and printing department. Your responsibilities will include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, coordinating with vendors, managing team performance, and implementing process improvements. You will closely collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management and cost control measures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects - Ensure quality control measures are in place and maintained - Coordinate with vendors for printing on diverse surfaces using various printing technologies - Manage team performance and provide necessary support and guidance - Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet client expectations - Oversee inventory management and implement cost control measures Qualifications: - Experience in managing operations in the signage and printing industry - Strong project management and team management skills - Proficiency in quality control and process improvement - Vendor management and inventory management skills - Strong communication and coordination skills with sales and marketing teams - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South - Experience with cost control measures and budget management Please note: This role is on-site in Koramangala with working hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
