Role Description We are seeking a driven and seasoned Senior Project Manager (SPM) with 12–15 years of proven experience in project delivery, customer engagement, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product companies, exposure to AI-driven solutions, and a strong understanding of Indian enterprise customers. This role demands ownership of end-to-end project delivery – from planning and customer interfacing to execution and deployment – while working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals. The person in this role is expected to look externally to identify best-in-class delivery models, understand complex customer requirements, and drive multiple projects that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
