Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Lead a team supporting SF portfolio evaluation, borrower reviews, and client metrics.
  2. Drive process management and ensure excellence in SL trade support and collateral activities.
  3. Oversee performance management, team development, and internal controls.
  4. Deliver data extraction and client portfolio analysis using PowerBI and MS Access.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Manage team workload, staffing, and performance across Securities Finance operations.
  2. Ensure compliance, risk controls, and support business continuity initiatives.
  3. Provide process innovation, data-driven insights, and MI for senior management.
  4. Build stakeholder relationships with Front Offices, Middle Offices, and external borrowers.
