Lead business & should manage commercial & residential projects Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Project Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of interior designers and project staff. Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept development to final installation. Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and client communications. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design process. Conduct design consultations and present proposals, layouts, and material boards. Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Design Oversight: Ensure design quality, originality, and alignment with client expectations and brand standards. Approve mood boards, design concepts, and technical drawings. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and innovations. Operational Support: Assist in building internal processes and workflows for the new firm. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely delivery and execution. Contribute to pricing strategy, budgeting, and cost estimation.
