Job Title: New Store Opening & Operations Manager ( Cloud Kitchens) Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Store Opening & Operations Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, team management, and customer service. The New Store Opening & Operations Mgr will play a key role in ensuring the successful opening of new stores including planning, preparation, and execution of new store openings, hiring, training, and onboarding team members and maintaining operational excellence across existing locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. New Store Openings: Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of new store openings, including hiring, training, and onboarding team members. 2. Operations Management: Ensure operational excellence across existing locations, including managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Team Management: Supervise and motivate team members to achieve operational goals, including providing coaching, feedback, and recognition. 4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards. 5. Training: Develop and deliver training programs to team members, including onboarding, operational procedures, and customer service standards. Process Excellence: Identify and lead process improvement opportunities within operational areas to reduce inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and improve overall productivity. Lead the development of processes that adhere to operational standards, ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and quality of delivery. Analyze current business processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions for process optimization and increased effectiveness. Establish risk mitigation plans to address potential process failures and minimize operational disruption Benchmark process performance against industry standards and competitors to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. Drive initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement frameworks Driving Continuous Improvement Culture: Redesign processes based on industry best practices and operational goals, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives. Stay up to date with the latest process excellence methodologies, industry trends, and best practices and bring new insights and innovations Conduct regular progress reviews, monitoring the success of implemented changes, and developing recovery plans when necessary. Promote employee engagement in process improvement initiatives and ensure a high level of adherence to continuous improvement strategies. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across operations, ensuring that all levels of the organization are engaged in process enhancement Lead initiatives like Andon Cord, Gemba Walks, and Poka-Yoke (fail-safe processes) to foster operational excellence and prevent errors. Relationship Management with Key Stakeholders : Work with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and eliminate waste, ensuring improvements are measurable and sustainable. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and key decision-makers, ensuring the smooth adoption of process improvements across different teams. Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure that changes and improvements are well communicated and understood across teams. Team Management : Lead, recruit, coach, and mentor the process excellence team, setting clear expectations for work processes and behaviors. Create a high-performance culture by empowering team members, encouraging continuous development, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to ensure growth, skill development, and adherence to operational standards. Develop the teams capabilities to lead continuous improvement efforts and provide support for implementing best practices across regions.
