Manager – New Product Development, Partnerships & Alliances

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships relevant to BigCity’s product categories
  • and client campaign requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value deals across sectors like salons, spas, restaurants, nightclubs, and lifestyle venues to drive the Experiential Rewards Business at BigCity.
  • Act as a key liaison between BigCity and external partners, representing the brand and its client objectives effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers, product, and marketing teams to align partnership strategy with campaign needs.
  • Lead negotiations, partnership proposals, and contract finalizations with potential partners.
  • Monitor partnership performance and ensure high engagement and retention across partner accounts.
  • Develop innovative product ideas and co-branded campaign offerings in collaboration with partners.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to inform partnership strategy.
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of partner commitments within campaign timelines.

  • Number of new partnerships established, with a focus on high-value negotiations.
  • Retention and renewal rate of existing partners.
  • Contribution to campaign innovation and differentiation.
  • Timely execution and fulfillment of partnership deliverables.

  • Highly target-driven and self-motivated, with a strong ownership mindset with an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership, business owners, and Marketing Heads and National Heads.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and commercial outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, B2B sales, and business development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-value targets and successful commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in marketing, brand tie-ups, loyalty programs, or promotional campaigns preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skill.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
