Manager – Membership, Emerging Markets

Department: Digital Activation – EM Brand Activation

Location: Gurugram, India

Reports to: Senior Manager, Digital Activation – Membership & CRM, EM

Grade: M4


Role Purpose

The Manager – Membership plays a key role in driving the growth and success of the adidas Membership Program in Emerging Markets (EM). The role focuses on enhancing member engagement, retention, and redemption through targeted strategies across digital and physical touchpoints. This position collaborates with global, regional, and local teams to continuously evolve the membership value proposition and deliver measurable business impact.



What You’ll Do

  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the membership value proposition and reward catalogue

    across all touchpoints (website, app, retail) to ensure relevance and appeal for diverse member segments.
  • Design and implement

    personalized member journeys

    across digital and in-store touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute

    seasonal and tactical campaigns

    that align with business goals and deliver against key membership KPIs.
  • Lead customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives

    to strengthen long-term connections with members, maximize lifetime value, and increase loyalty.
  • Partner with global, regional, and local teams to

    integrate membership and CRM initiatives

    into brand calendars, product launches, and retail activations.
  • Use

    consumer insights and performance data

    to identify opportunities, optimize tactics, and measure impact.
  • Drive

    innovation and testing

    , piloting new engagement ideas, loyalty mechanics, and CRM strategies to keep the program competitive.
  • Oversee

    tech enhancements

    and market rollouts that improve program functionality, scalability, and CRM capabilities.
  • Act as the

    central connector

    between eCommerce, retail, brand, and analytics teams to ensure a seamless, omnichannel membership and CRM experience.


What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years’ experience

    in

    digital marketing, CRM, or loyalty programs

    , with a strong background across both eCommerce and retail channels.
  • Proven track record of

    managing loyalty or membership programs

    and delivering measurable, impactful business results.
  • Strong project management skills

    , with the ability to handle multiple priorities and execute seasonal activation plans.
  • Comfortable navigating

    complex, cross-functional environments

    , collaborating with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in

    omnichannel marketing

    , integrating campaigns seamlessly across online, app, and retail touchpoints.
  • Skilled in leveraging

    consumer insights and analytics

    to design strategies that drive engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
