Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage reconciliation specialists.
  • Oversee quality checks and resolve complex reconciliation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with process standards and documentation.
  • Manage workload distribution and workflow efficiency.
  • Support client communications and issue resolution.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in media agency billing and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
