Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Qualys, you will work closely with marketing leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing automated reporting mechanisms and on-demand dashboards to track these KPIs effectively. - Enhance data fluency within the marketing organization by creating standardized metrics, intuitive dashboards, and generating valuable business insights based on Salesforce data. - Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards using Salesforce and Tableau, focusing on user experience, interactivity, and dynamism. - Drive the marketing database strategy by analyzing data gaps and contact acquisition strategies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of marketing data. - Lead key monthly and quarterly processes such as business reviews and other essential reports. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with other teams including Business Applications, Sales Operations, and Finance on cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate for this position should have over 10 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics. It is essential to have a deep understanding of Salesforce.com from a marketing perspective and familiarity with common enterprise Martech tools such as Bizible, Marketo, and Salesforce. Moreover, a minimum of 2 years of work experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI is required. We are looking for a high-energy self-starter with a passion for data who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Your proactive approach to driving process improvements and your commitment to a metrics-driven, continuous improvement mindset will be highly valued in this role.,
