Job Description

As a Manager Marketing (Domestic) based in Kolkata Corporate Office with 10-15 years+ of experience in a manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for the following: - Sound knowledge in marketing of Hot Rolled Sections and Hot Bright Bars. - Ability to execute new sales plans. - Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. - Implementing new sales plans. - Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans. - Understanding consumer requirements and identifying market trends. - Suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. - Experience in identifying and exploring new geographies and verticals. - Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives. - Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits. - Understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities. - IT literacy; experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Access database software, etc. - Willingness to travel. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Managing Revenue Target for the Domestic market. Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University. - B. Tech / MBA would be an added advantage.,
