Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed UniversityB. Tech / MBA would be an added advantage

Required profile:

Should have sound knowledge in marketing of Hot Rolled Sections and Hot BrightBars. Ability of executing new sales plans.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.Implementing new sales plans.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understandingconsumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting systemimprovements to achieve the company s marketing goals.
Experience in identifying and exploring New Geographies and verticals.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teamsto meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. Maintaining relationshipswith important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, andanticipating new marketing opportunities.
IT literacy; experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google drive, access databasesoftware etc. Willing to travel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. ManageRevenue Target for Domestic market.
